Tim Allen shared that he was so moved by Erika Kirk’s speech on forgiveness, after 60 years he has decided to forgive the man who killed his own father. ♥️🙏

Tim Allen revealed that when he was just 11 years old, his father was killed in a drunk driving accident, a traumatic event that shaped much of his youth.

Over the years, Allen said he wrestled with faith, suffering in silence with questions about God, guilt, and whether things might have been different if he had prayed harder.

Recently, after the memorial for Charlie Kirk, his widow Erika Kirk delivered a heartfelt eulogy. In it, she publicly declared forgiveness toward her husband’s killer, saying, “I forgive him because … it was what Christ did … and it is what Charlie would do.”

Hearing those words deeply moved Allen. He shared on social media:

> “I have struggled for over 60 years to forgive the man who killed my Dad. I will say those words now as I type: ‘I forgive the man who killed my father.’ Peace be with you all.”
